Film-Ocean colleagues enjoyed a fantastic “Team Building Event”

The Film-Ocean staff had a fantastic day at our first “Team Building Event” at the Lochter Activity Centre last week. Luckily, the Scottish weather decided to be on our side for the day.
Mel Lawson, Head of HR and Talent Management, was delighted with the day, saying: “It was great to witness staff collaborating within their teams, sharing laughter, and enjoying themselves. We're particularly thrilled that the spirit of teamwork triumphed over the desire to win. Fostering teamwork and camaraderie is of paramount importance to us as a company. We firmly believe that promoting teamwork and investing in our staff, both within and outside the office, are critical factors for the growth of Film-Ocean.”
Given the resounding success of the "Team Building Event" we're already in the early stages of planning our next team-building gathering scheduled for March. Additionally, we're excited to announce a "Lochter's re-match" set for next June.
