Film-Ocean Installs Community Defibrillator to Enhance Local Emergency Response

Film-Ocean Ltd, based in Ellon, Aberdeenshire, is proud to announce the installation of a life-saving defibrillator at its premises, which is now available for use by the local community in case of emergencies. This essential piece of equipment is easily accessible to anyone nearby, providing critical support during a cardiac emergency.

To maximize its impact, Film-Ocean has partnered with the national charity AEDdonate to ensure the defibrillator is registered on the National Defibrillator Network. This registration ensures that in the event of a sudden cardiac arrest, emergency services and bystanders can quickly locate and access the device, potentially saving a life.
The device is located on the outside wall of the Film-Ocean offices, 1 Balmacassie Brae, Balmacassie Commercial Park, Ellon, ensuring that it is accessible 24/7. In an emergency, quick access to a defibrillator can significantly increase the chances of survival. Film-Ocean encourages everyone to familiarize themselves with the location and basic usage of the defibrillator. Instructional guidance is provided alongside the device to assist in case of an emergency.
